How long does delivery take?

Orders within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) are delivered within 2-3 business days. International orders take 8-14 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Damaged Orders

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical books. Items must be in their original condition. Contact us at chantal@pacha1.com to initiate a return. Print-on-demand products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us at chantal@pacha1.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
