Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on many factors like: delivery address - forwarder - production time for print on demand orders. If you need to know upfront when you can expect the package, please contact our customer service at chantal@pacha1.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship both books and other bookish items from my location to yours. Except for print on order products as they will be shipped directly from your region. I have asked several carriers for their shipping fees, if you go to the checkout and enter your address details, you will see the best price I have to offer for your location.
How are the Shipping Costs set up?
The most important aspect is the location from which the items are shipped, which affects delivery costs. The items available shipped from my location will have prices as offered by different carriers. As for the print-on-demand orders, they are handled by the provider from your region and are shipped directly from there.
Can I combine an order from your location and from the POD provider?
Yes, you can; you'll get separate shipping prices at order checkout.
What if the book I want to order is "Sold Out"?
If you see a book you wish to buy, but the status says it's sold out, email me at chantal@pacha1.com, and I'll inform you about its actual status. Considering that most books are printed on demand, replenishing the stock can take a week or so.

If you see a bookish item you wish to buy, but the status says it's sold out, email me at chantal@pacha1.com, and I'll inform you about its actual status. These hand-made articles change with trends, but sometimes they're still available at the creator's shop. I'll find out for you.
Returns

- If this regards a book or a bookish item from a European Small Business => You can return your item to us within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Please note we don't accept returns of Print-on-Demand items, as they are made for you based on your requirements. Therefore, we won't be able to sell it to anyone else.
- If there's damage, please file a complaint with pictures and provide all relevant details. We'll forward it to the provider to get a refund. The providers don’t offer exchanges.

No. Only these are available at the concept-store near Antwerp:
- Independent books: paperbacks
- Bookish items made by European small business owners as mentioned under "choose your bookish vibe".
Print-on-demand items are not available in the physical shop. These are sent directly from the provider after production.
How can I visit the physical shop?
To visit the physical concept store near Antwerp, you need to book a Bookish Experience:
- A Booktrovert's Dream: You'll have the book nook all to yourself for one hour. Three beverages are included.
- A Party of Two: Same as the above, but for two visitors.

Can I ask for a gift wrapping?
Is this a gift? Just add the gift-wrapping service to your order.
