Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at chantal@pacha1.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on many factors like: delivery address - forwarder - production time for print on demand orders. If you need to know upfront when you can expect the package, please contact our customer service at chantal@pacha1.com 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship both books and other bookish items from my location to yours. Except for print on order products as they will be shipped directly from your region. I have asked several carriers for their shipping fees, if you go to the checkout and enter your address details, you will see the best price I have to offer for your location.

How are the Shipping Costs set up?

The most important aspect is the location from which the items are shipped, which affects delivery costs. The items available shipped from my location will have prices as offered by different carriers. As for the print-on-demand orders, they are handled by the provider from your region and are shipped directly from there.

Can I combine an order from your location and from a POD provider?

Yes, you can. Please be advised that you'll get separate shipping costs at the checkout, each for every shipping location.

What if the book I want to order is "Sold Out"?

If you see a book you wish to buy, but the status says it's sold out, email me chantal@pacha1.com, and I'll inform you about its actual status. As most books are POD (Print on Demand), replenishing the stock may take a week or so.

What if the Bookish item you want, is "Sold Out"?

If you see a bookish item you wish to buy, but the status says it's sold out, email me at chantal@pacha1.com, and I'll inform you about its actual status. These hand-made articles change with trends, but sometimes they're still available at the creator's shop. I'll find out for you.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

  • If this regards a book or a bookish item from a European Small Business => You can return your item to us within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.
  • Please note we don't accept returns of Print-on-Demand items, as they are made for you based on your requirements. Therefore, we won't be able to sell it to anyone else. If there's damage, please file a complaint with pictures and such. We'll forward it to the provider to get a refund.

Misc

Are all the items in the webshop, available at the physical shop location?

Nee. Wanneer u een Bookish Experience boekt om de fysieke winkellocatie te bezoeken, kunt u de volgende items ontdekken:

- The Bookish Must Haves zoals te zien in de webshop.

Printify artikelen zijn niet in de winkel aanwezig. Die worden rechtstreeks vanuit de provider verstuurd na de productie.

How can I visit the physical shop?

Om de fysieke winkellocatie te bezoeken, dient u een van de Bookish Experiences boeken:

- A Booktrovert's Dream: u heeft de locatie voor uzelf voor een uur. Twee dranken inbegrepen.

- A Party of Two: hetzelfde als het bovenstaande, maar voor twee personen.

To visit the physical shop location, you need to book one of the Bookish Experiences:

 - A Booktrovert's Dream: you have the place to yourself for one hour. Two drinks included.

 - A Party of Two: Same as the above, but for two persons.

Can I ask for a gift wrapping?

Is this a gift? Just add the gift-wrapping service to your order.

Only for items that are available for pick-up at the physical store. Not for third-party orders.
